I need to put a few files online. so I need at host with:"
- no ads, or a Pop-up.
- 150MB+ file storage without file size limit, or limit above 30MB
- Must support media (like wmv, wma, mpg)
- NO FORUM POSTS REQUIRED

anyone knows a free host which apply to my needs?

So, you just want a download-upload host. Why don't you just use rapishare or megaupload or other simmilar sites? I can give you tons of list if you want.
