How Does Anyone Login To Their Web Site

I was just wondering exactly how does one login to use their xpanel interface?
I thought it would be like Cpanel or, Ensigm. Do you type in yoursubdomain.onthehousehosting.com? Is there a gui like user interface to use like Cpanel or, Ensigm?
Just asking for a friend.
