Free hosting for webmastering a simple site

Hello,
I run a full service hosting company. I am offering a free account, with all the bells and wistles AND support that you'd expect from a paid hosting account, in exchange for you doing basic webmastering of one of my sites.

The site is currently built in Frontpage, so a more skilled web master may want to do a bit of redesign at the beginning. The ongoing duties would be adding an article to it each month. We will generally break up the article onto a dozen pages, you'll be just fitting the text into the page, placing ads within the page, optimizing the title and internal links for SEO, doing some external link exchanging, and basic stuff like that. Should be maybe two hours a month tops.

What kind of account would I give you? Well, I'll be pretty generous to someone who does a good job for me. I'd start out by offering our Basic hosting account, five gigs of monthly transfer, fifty megs of space, mySQL and PHP support, plus many other features you'd never find in a free host. If you have specific needs, don't be afraid to ask.

Sounds like a good deal.
A few questions though. Will I be treated like a paying client? What happens if 2 months from now you decide you no longer want to maintain the site I am maintaining for you? Do you delete my account and leave me crying?

Yes, exactly. We do our support on primarily in our help desk, but also a support forum, you will have full access and your account would not be distinguished from paying customers. In fact, my support staff will not even know that you are not paying.

I won't. Actually, having someone webmaster this site will provide even more reason for me to keep this site. Also, I have numerous websites and if this one is ever discontinued there would be other projects.

Any guarantee I could give is as good as my word. It's as much guarantee as I would have that you would not undermine me.
