free web host with board

i'm looking for a web host that provides a free board with its hosting, sort of like a combo if you get the point. i've tried web1000.com but not only does their hosting rather suck but the board doesn't appear when you load it up. anyway doesn't anyway know where i could find such a host. i'm not fussy about ads so long as they aren't pop ups, 5 mbs or greater will do just find. thanks

If he only needs 5mb of space in the first place I am not expecting for him to need much bigger than that.
 
Thanks for the suggestions, i think now will just go with the remotely hosted forum, saves on uploading forum software. which board would you suggest going on?, and boomspeed.com only offers 1mb of space but its adless so i'm not complaining.

I like Proboards.com or Iboardplus.com although they are practically the same. Dont use ezboard.com like many others, too many ads!
 
Our accounts come with a board system.

cPanelhostz.com can install XMB for you in a second or two. Or you can use any freely available cgi or php board from hotscripts.com or whatever.
 
tell me what ur site is about and stuff i can prolly host you. comes with free installed phpBB2. Contact me on ICQ if you want to talk. i lose emails very easy as i get 50 or more a day.
