Your company belongs to 75host.com and thereby must be using the same TOS, now it wouldn't be a disadvantage if u were to post these limitations(found under the tos on 75host.com):
1) Access Databases policy: Users who use MS Access databases and who have more than 30 concurrent users must upgrade to MS-SQL, we offer cheap MS-SQL database hosting solutions, just contact us.
2) Mailing Lists: If your mailing list exceeds 1,500 addresses, you must contact 75Host requesting and receiving permission to send the mailing through the 75Host Servers prior to sending any messages.
3) Chat: Chat scripts, clients, and servers are strictly prohibited.
& a nice part:
4) Terms of Use Account Cancelation: 75Host.com promises that it will not cancel one's account even if it doesn't comply to 75Host's Terms of Use, 75Host will give the owner 5 days to remove the content or backup one's files.
or does freeasp have a tos that u'd like to point us to where it is so we can read up on it
