Does any one know What type of changes are made in Google algorithm in 2011 that everybody is taking about?

How google know that is content copied ?

When they find the same content on 1000000 pages of course it is copied. You can try to search for a phrase from one article on google, or just use copyscape.com

The google algorithm indexes every website with a date or a similar value.
If you copied some content from other websites google will find out with a check of the indexing date.

the recent biggest changes to the algorithm was the Panda & Farmer Updates
Google is now outranking big directory giants such as EZA & articlebase etc... on the name of link farms & dupe content
Article marketing would not be as efficient in 2011, as it is used to be in the past!
Google is now giving priority to unique content & sites with original & regularly updated content will gain improvement in serps
