Hosting Business Closing, Paid clients free to good home.

My business is no longer going to be web hosting due to the web hosting market's current state of massive overselling. We are planning to give away our paying clients to a web host that we believe, can support our clients just as good as us, if not better.

Details will not be disclosed publicly, some of the clients are prepaid for 1 year, clients will not be distributed to different web hosts.

I would be interested in looking after your clients.

If you chose to accept us, i would be willing to work with you in such a way that your clients are affected in no way, this includes creating the exact same plans as you on our server so they will get the exact same specs for the exact same amount of money. The only interaction would be giving them their new IP and welcoming them to the new company.

Also, if you wanted to stay involved with them i would be more than willing to let you work with us, even if it is just the occasional visit to make sure we are looking after your old customers.

Can you please let us know the specs of the server you have your clients hosted on, how much space/bandwidth they are using and how much the monthly income is. Also, is there anything else that you would like rid of such as domains/servers etc?

As these are the methods that the clients pay with. You will be receiving the clients, not the domain name or website nor the registrar however you can choose to have a reseller at the registrar and all related accounts transfered to your reseller.

Thanks for the offer Mustang but I don't believe that I will take it up as I am planning on leaving the webhosting market due to the outrageous number of popup and seasonal hosts and of course the overselling hosts that cannot be competed against. Once again, thanks for the offer.
