Hosting for a computer gaming related forum

I am looking for hosting for a gaming forum, this forum will have about 20- 50 members initially and will probably grow bigger. I'm based in Australia so a server in or nearer to Australia would be preferred.

We are happy to place a logo ad on the front page of the forums somewhere, but do not want popups.

As its mainly forum we will need the following:
Subdomain
CPanel
3+ mysql db
10+ emails
2gb+ bandwidth per month
1gb+ storage for files

Search the free hosting offers. I remember seeing a free host based in Melbourne.

Australian hosting is far more expensive, so you're unlikely to find that for free.
I've seen Australian hosts charge hundreds for measly resources like that.

I recommend US hosting, it makes no noticeable difference to speed

How about a banner ad on front page? The main problem with the posting is the upkeep im quite busy and really don't have much time to spend making posts if you know what I mean.

I don't understand either whats in it for you by people making posts.
