that doesn't mean you NEED more then one, just that with the way you've been using it...
i frequently run more thena dozen installs of nuke, phpBB2, phpmychat, and loads of other stuff all off of a single mysql db.
it's about how you set it up, but if you have been using cpanel, you must be used to having it do it for you. cpanel likes to keep each thing in it's own db, which is so very wastefull since your not likely to get unlimited db's EVERYWHERE.
my only suggestion is finding a paid host though, and you can expect to pay 60 bux a month at the very least.
the only way you are getting "free" hosting is if you strike a deal with someone in trade for your skills.
if there were good free hosts out there like that, well, there wouldn't NEED to be paid ones.
