1gb webspace
3 gb bandwidth
unlimited features(email, addon and parked domain, subdomains, mysql db.....)
PHP, Perl....
SSH access
Cpanel with fantastico and with good uptime
no forums posting required

Uhm... i assume since no forum posting required, you will put ads/linkback to the host, right?

And a piece of advice: very hard that someone is going to offer you ssh access for free, since it's a security risk. But good luck
