Yes, they're probably a scam if they're using an @hotmail.com e-mail address instead of a more professional looking e-mail address. If this were a free host, I'd say go for it, but since they're a paid host, I'd say don't trust them - with a pay host, they can scam you out of money, but with a free host, the only thing you have to lose is time.

Just went to http://www.freepchost.com/ and I liked the part...
"Virtual Hosting $10/Month" then notice on the top of the page...
"25 MB Free Space"
Then... when they ask for your credit card, all they want is the number and the exp date. They don't want to know what kind of card it is, it's not really odd, but most ask what kind of card it is.
Looks like they use the register.com name servers, so, do they even have servers...

Seems funny a host would use register.com name servers
