I'm Looking For a a Script like http://www.imageshack.us/ i would like a free one but i am willing to pay up to ten bucks

I'm Also looking for a free hosting Script that will allow me to offer free hosting on a site. I want it to kind of be like geocities.com but it can be a much crapy script and stuff as long as it lets me set the amount of bandwitdh and space they get i will be happy i also want a free one of these but i am also willing to pay a few bucks for it.

I found this script awhile ago, it’s not very common (I don’t think). I have it on a website of mine and it works great. It has a lot of features including registration approval and guest uploading, you can also give specific space to individual users, ban, approve etc.
