speed is pretty good. who cares about send mail (and if u really need it there are A LOT of remotely hosted cgi service sites that will let u have online mail sending forms equipped with their sendmail). As for reliability i can't tell u much on that..

Actually, it's because Coolfreepages don't make money from advertisers when Asians view their pop-up ads. Traffic from Asian countries is often considered "useless" by some idiotic hosts (ahem, Web1000). Some hosts believe that a site with Asian visitors is just sucking up their "precious" transfer without bringing in any income. Oh wait a minute, Coolfreepages...so it's OK if tens of thousands of Americans and Canadians use pop-up killers and freely suck up hundreds of GBs of transfer, but a few hundred Asians using a few hundred MB will SURELY destroy your host's income...Stupid hosts these days...
