I see underconstruction as well. However, I disagree with a1whs about your conclusion. I know some other BIG, VERY GOOD providers with their underconstruction page in a long time. You can check rusko.us, atrivo.com.. Their underconstruction pages are online 1 - 2 years already, and it seems they havent got any idea to replace it However, make a search about them, and you will see positive comments, not negative one

Well I get startlogic.com site fine but Im sure if the OP means starlogic.
I dont know anything about startlogic but you could sort through the webhostingtalk threads.
