Just Redesigned...

- Slow loading for some reason
- White on black is hard on my eyes... very high contrast... if you want black try silver text
- Overall nice design

looks pretty plain in the header and the top middle needs to be re-done some how...

looks like a pretty standard layout, until i scroll down seems like another site attachted at the bottom (different colours blue on the left top and grey further down etc) maybe make all the colours on the site similar, I think it'll make it look better.
 
-Why have blue on the left but black on the right?
-More graphics please
-The headlines is taking up almost the whole space.

More graphics? Well our sites focus is obviously not on graphics. You could check out archive.org and view our old design and see that graphics were what made our old homepage load so slowly. We were hoping that the new design, with less graphics, would make it load faster.

Thanks for the feedback for those who helped. I am going to talk to the webmaster tonight or tomorrow to see about changes we can make.

By the way, how is the speed for you all? I have had some comments about slow loading and some saying it is fast.

That updated design looks much nicer... well done... it doesn't need graphics... graphics is just something to slow down page loading... people here are always asking too much. I think the page is just fine.

Also I suggest putting in a text rollover script.

my bad. but then if you just loaded the page, you find that it's messy and some people won't review such a page.
