Looking for a CGI free web host

Hello everyone. I'm new here.

I'm looking for a free web host. I just need 100M webspace and about 2G bandwith. And also CGI script. I'd like to have a Cpanel if possible.

My site will be a forum for my classmates. And also a personal web site about script software design. There will be some programs designed by me. And some photos, notes, compositions about our class.

Anyone can host me? Thanks a lot!
