There aren't many hosts that will give you a free domain. I don't suggest you to register a domain through a host but if you have total control over it, then that should be alright.

Since you're wanting a cheap host, I suggest Valcato. Their Value package is $19.99/year.

You can get a domain and hosting for as low as US$40/year or maybe more less.

Nothing as such or something special. Its just that they used to be my reseller and I registered the domain for them. They still have a reseller account for me as well as around 3-4 more servers out there. As well as, they are a local company. They have around more then 150 local satisfied customers. They have a nice base, so I just recommend them to others when they don't ask for offers but recommendations.

Why not? Your not allowed to promote yourself so if you see a host doing a good job, why not promote them?
