Hello guys! once again im looking for another gd web host to get my website running. Current im tight on budget thus i would be expecting the monthly fees to be around $3-4, as cheap as possible. Below are my needs for the webhost :

I notice you use ASP. That means you're running windows servers. Are you using true opensource MySQL or the Microsoft SQL. Microsoft SQL is extremely limiting.
