is this twu.net good? no downtime? host anybody?

downtime is once every week, two weeks, unlim space and bandwidth, they only have 20GBs of bandwidth a month, go over and they charge, no one has been yet, but they are ok, they have everything, they give you an ftp directory and ftp access, shell telnet, cgi, php, mysql everything no ads all for free
