Looking for chat host.

[JBD2435]

After my last attempts at finding a reseller for a company I was trying to open.. I'm sort of reluctant to ask for a web host but I'd like a web host that could host a chat website for me. A free one too, that would have banners and text links or any type of advertisement you'd like on it. It'd have to be decent traffic and about 400 Mb of space. Cpanel with a large amount of Mysqls and install scripts. I might not use said scripts though, might just install my own chat files. Please respond quickly.
