Looking for free CPanel Host

I'm looking for stable & reliable free CPanel host (2 years experience recommended), good uptime, for my other site which contains graphic tutorials, royalty free vector art downloads, my portfolio. The site will be in English.
I will use Joomla with some PHP flash components, phpbb forum. I can also signing up via email for more details, i don't want some 'Instant Activation'.

Space : starting at 250Mb to 1Gb (upgradable to > 1Gb, free or cheap :angel
Bandwidth : ?? (every host has different limit, so i guess it's up to you)
MySql database: starting at 2 or more
Domain : subdomain / cheap or free .com
My ads : adsense allowed
Your ads : Yes, but no forced ads, I'll put text link or banner codes on every single published page manually (this can be done easily in joomla & phpbb).
Post to host : NO, but I can be a forum ----- & try to stay active on your forum, especially if you have interesting community.
