Looking for hosting to send out emails

I want to send out 25k emails every other day.
Yes, they are opted in and there is an optout option.
No, it is nothing illegal or adult.

I need like 5GB bandwidth and 20MB space so that's not really an issue.

The server/host must not have a limit of send out emails. (or limit to 25k b/c that wouldn't bother me.)

It must have Cpanel or an admin panel installed w/ sendmail functions etc.

Looking to pay around $10/month.

Please note that I am not asking for much.

Hey,
Would you be wanting to send all 25,000 in one go? This would place a very very high load on any server, and most likely get you suspended on any shared hosting. Or, are you staggering so x emails are sent/hour? If so, I can make you an offer on this.
