Looking for Post2Host hosts ONLY

Hey guys, I am looking for Post2Host hosts only. Why? I have found them to be more reliable than other ones and to have more features.
So, here is what I would like.

At least 100MB's of storage,

At least 1GB of Bandwith,

.zip, .rar, .htaccess file types must be included, the zipped files will be unzipped, this is if I have many files and no access to FTP.

Higher than 1MB limit on file sizes, but not higher than 10MB's. Thats for the zip, I don't want to host large files, and if you guys host large files you will simply die.

PHP 4 or 5

At least 1 MySQL database

PhpMyAdmin

1 Email account (Not required but I would like one )

I would also like that you monitor the posts closely, no 1 liners. Or if they have 1 line, don't give them points.

Oh, and cronjobs.
