Looking for Windows VPS

I am looking for a VPS with these:

Diskspace: 25GB
Bandwidth: 300GB
Panel: DirectAdmin (not imporatant)

Server: Stable server with good uptimes
OS: Windows

Budget: 25$

well da dont run on windows so its not posible to offer you windows vps with da what ram do u require? what other panels would you be willing to consider

you are well under what a windows vps costs. The windows license alone is about $12/mo. Consider doubling your budget

well then consider dropping windows. You will not find a windows vps for under $25/mo especially with 512mb guaranteed ram

25GB & 300GB Space + Bandwidth even if it was another OS I think is to large for 25-30$.

Think about going for about, 50-80$.

Drop the windows, & think about getting a 192MB RAM. (Somewhere around those lines.)
