mySQL, Installing phpBB 2.0.2.0

I'm very knew to this stuff. I want a phpBB forums on my site but I don't know how to setup a mySQL database. Can anyone help me? My host is iFastNet. It has zPanel and Zantastico. It has myBB, phpBB and other scripts.
It would be appreciated if any can give me a step by step tutorial on this. phpBB 2 can use Microsoft Access databases too. I have MS Access but I don't know how to use it.

Does zPanel have something like Fantastico? If so, then it should be pretty simple to install. If not, then you should try reading the readme files that tells you how to install phpBB when you download it from their site: www.phpbb.com.
