Shell Access (To WGET files)
FTP
cPanel/DA/Plesk/LXAdmin (Doesn't really matter which)

This will be used to backup just my main site. I am looking to buy hosting from a reputable FWS member (E.G GeekRack, Dan, TSO etc etc) as these backups will be really important and I can't have someone on a reseller who will go away after a week.
