Need a host for a small site

Hi all.

I'm looking for a free host for a small personal site. It's pretty much just a site about me, and some other things, pictures and maybe some clips if i learn how to compress them. i only need:

10-20mb
250-300mb Bandwidth
and Ftp access.

I don't mind posting on the forums to keep the site up or anything, but i'd prefer to not have any pop-ups, or banner ads, reason being is that my site uses 4 frames, Top, left, right and middle, and if ads are used, they usually apear on every frame, which makes the site look ridiculous.
