Need a reliable free host

I would need 300 - 500MB space, and 2-4 gigs transfer(I'm sure the exact amount as my current host is down and I don't think they are going to return). I'd also need php and mysql databases if you can spare them. Of course I would like to have some sort of cpanel I would be willing to put small ads on the sites, if you require it.

I am a webmaster and host most of my own sites at Doteasy: www.doteasy.com - You buy your domain thru them, they give you free hosting (100 MB, 1 GB traffic). You can only have static HTML pages with their free hosting plan.

I recently signed up a couple of domains with Mister.net: www.mister.net - Similar to doteasy - buy your domain thru them, they give you free hosting. The stats offered are somewhat better, but I dont know if I can recommend the service as yet.
