It will be used for maybe hosting one small site, and the reseller access is needed as I want to organise contest and give out a small hosting to the winner. This method will help me attract some members. Dont worry, no warez, porn/adult content, or illegal materials will be hosted. Maybe just a personal blog/forum. And as for the winner who gets the hosting, I will check to make sure his sites comply with your TOS.
