Need Dedicated ASAP 10gb space/1TB b/w

Hey Guys... been advised that i need a dedicated server for space/bandwidth i need.

Basically its going to be an FTP Server (LEGAL) files, (password protected) RAR files.

I Need 10 Gig Space . . . & 1 TeraByte Bandwidth Per Month...

Also.. need the ftp setup & ready (even at extra cost)
, so that we can delete and add users when needed... dont know to much how to do this myself
