please i need hosting for free server located in france
i prefer it be cpanel or kloxo
i need 300mega space and up++
and 3gb bandwith or up+++

1. What are you going to use it for ? i want to make net2ftp script on it because i want to help who have free.fr hosting to upload thier files because it need to be in france to upload your files and am 1 of this who in need to this to upload anything to hosting
2. Why particularly France ? because free.fr hosting blocking ftp from any country except france and i want to help all to upload them files and am 1 of them
3. Would you mind using U.K or U.S instead of France ? this server didn't accept any ftp login from any country except france

Sorry , I neither host file hosting or file sharing websites , nor I have any French servers .

If it's just for file storage , then why not use steek.com .
It's a French website which offers free file hosting .

net2ftp is not for file storage it is a web based ftp script and it takes up less then 10 MB

it's not file stoarge
net2ftp script used for upload anything to your site like (Ftp Program) leapftp
please if anyone have space in servers in france provide me one

But I'm not a French provider as the op requires .

Try and see if you are able to use this to manage your files .
It would be quite odd if they block ftp from other countries .

Why not develop a script that would allow users to upload to any file hosting and not limited to one?

Unless I am misunderstanding, you want to create a script that will allow people to upload files to the one file host, which is located in France. Why can you not use their free hosting to host this script as well?

there are free hosting that called free.fr it gives you 10 giga hosting with unlimited bandwith and never deleted your site , uptime 100%
to upload and create site in it you must be in france but they give promotion to people to sign up in it they send you the information by post office to you
* to upload your site file you must be from france or your ip from france
we upload our files through site from france server but this site removed or domain finished
and they want to make like him (upload net2ftp in site that located in france)
we can't upload (net2ftp script) because they disable ftp that in php

i hope you understand me
 
Looking at the site, are you sure this is a webhost and not an internet provider? From what I have seen, it looks more like someone you get your internet service from, and they give you webspace.
 
Don't tell me your free.fr host doesn't allow you to upload your own website .
That's indeed ridiculous !
If they don't allow you to upload your own website , how on earth are you supposed to run a website , and call them hosts?
 
it's nice free hosting it's free 4 ever and it's uptime forever
not like other free hosting when make your site more popular they delete your website or close them site or tell you to be paid customer and if not they delete your site

if you test it you will se that nice free hosting with 100% uptime

i have uploaded my site from site have net2ftp script located in france
but this site down
that's why i can't upload new files
