I just paid for paid hosting and got a sub domain with it. The the next day i bought a domain name and asked if I could have it swapped over and they wanted to charge me another $20 for it. I am running a non-profit website so I dont believe its fair I pay $20 for something which im going to do for other people. Im already paying $10/Month for the hosting. So I was wondering if anyone knew a RELIABLE host that hosts domain for free with no ads, I dont need any features. All I want to do is someone to host the domain and then I can put a main link on the free webhost to my sub domain with my paid host. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks a lot.

That offer is hosting in return for providing monthly tutorials.
If you're paying $10 a month for hosting you shouldn't also have to pay for being able to make use of your domain.
Personally unless you're tied to a minimum contract if i were you i would be leaving that host, if you make a post in the paid hosting section here you will get several very good hosting offers for that price that will also be able to host your domain name with no extra charge.
**edit, i just checked who your host was by going to your site, and i think mabye you're a little confused
If you want to transfer the registration of your domain over to your hosting company then they will make a charge for that (about the amount you mentioned) but if you mention to them that you just want to host your domain they should do that at no cost, all you would be required to do is specify your hosts nameservers in the control panel/options where you registered the domain.
