New Website - Social Networking

Hello guys
Been long while I posted here.
Here's my new website - a social networking website. Any feedbacks on design, functionality are most welcome.
This is not any opensource system and is developed all from scratch.

Loved the site. The guest index is fairly simple, but the members' index it's pretty nice! But the site is... somewhat slow.

Thanks for the review mate. I'll try and do something for speed, make header footer images lighter and improve my caching engine.

And since there's nothing which cannot be improved, any suggestions/criticism pertaining to website design/features are most welcome.
