ObjectBar is a part of Object Desktop and deals only with the Start Bar.

I don't really see the point of using windows blinds or whatever. I shouldn't have to say this:

DUDE, STOP BEING A PANSY AND RESOURCE HACK EXPLORER.EXE!

and if you do that it doesn't take so much resources like windows blinds.
