Powerful Dedicated Server Required + Lots of IPs

Hey,

I run a website dedicated to getting the FLVs for Youtube videos.
I need a fairly tailored dedicated server to cope with the general stress of my website.

At the moment I have:
Quad Core Xeon 2.13
8GB RAM
5,000GB bandwidth
64 bit
500gb SATA hard drive
12 IP addresses
100mbps port
WHM/cPanel
Cost: $165 per month

I am wanting a new server which is (if possible more powerful, if not like-for-like). However I am wanting a lot of IP addresses due to the nature of the website hosted. I will need around 40 if not more.

Must be very a reliable host.

Please let me know what you can offer me.

Wow. That many IPs plus a server will definitely cost you more than $165! Can you budge on that budget at all?
 
Alright. How high could you reasonably go for something like that? In other words, what's the absolute maximum you would pay?

Well, I defnitely can't match that price. It's awfully cheap. Just curious - why are you looking for a new dedicated server? Is it expansion or are you switching hosts?
 
My host won't give me more IPs. They seem to think 12 is enough for my service. I'll be the judge of that thank you very much!
 
Indeed. I'm surprised they only limit you to 12. A shame to have to move over that. :(

lol Good guess, this is no longer required. hivelocity have increased my IP allocation to 32.

Ha, DDoS protection, can't believe that. People pay in the 200 Euro mark for shared hosting DDoS!
