Not really. I have been out of the free hosting ring for a long time so I don't really know about the better services out there now. However, what I am looking for has been offered before.

5-10 MB of space(enough space to run a message forum plus a little extra)
PHP
MySQL
I don't care about ads as long as they are not extremely intruding
Reliability . I can not stress this enough. I do not want some upstart service that will shut down tommorow. I am getting back into making websites and mine is going to be based upon repeat visitors(granted for a message forum), so I don't want to have keep changing from host to host(although I do plan on moving to a paid host once the site gets going).

Any suggestions?

I don't know of any reliable PHP and MySQL host, except for maybe http://www.tripod.co.uk/ and http://www.multimania.com/ . However, I think they both have pretty intrusive advertising. Check them out for yourself. http://www.host.sk has been around for a while, but I've never considered them really that reliable. It's your choice.
