Review of Duport Online
Let me start by saying I've never felt the need to buy hosting from any company, having been moderately happy with the free services I have received in the past. However, as a small expanding business, I did start to question why there were so many limits, and little niggles here and there with my host. The final straw for switching was when the host started to do down several times a week, and I knew I had to change.
I heard about Duport from various people, and internet buzz, and they sounded good. I was very impressed with their range of packages, especially since talking to them led me to be able to set up a custom package, just perfect to pay for just what I needed, and nothing more. The setup was fast, and the prices were low, I can't see now why I ever doubted paying for hosting. And yes, I know I have only been with them just over a month, but I feel that they're just that good.
Payment was simple, and fast, and within few hours, my account was set up and ready to use. The support was overly helpful, even going down to assisting me in moving all my entire site over to the new host, and being really prompt about it too.
Since everything has been set up, I have had very few problems, and haven't noticed any downtime at all. Even where problems did present themselves, the support were efficient and prompt about getting things sorted, always within an hour, and mostly within minutes.
Can't complain about any aspect of the service overall, you'd have to do a great deal better to tempt me away from them in a hurry now!
