Coz its a free template and he forgot to change it. :p

That templates not terrible, but its a but "old school"
I dont like the flash header, or the cutout in the nav bar.
And the "what we guarantee" part has too lage a font IMO, not to mention the more info buttons a lil small.
Add somthing to the blank space under that too :p

IMO, if you're gonna start a hosting provider, you should be able to pay for all the expenses such as web design and coding etc.etc. or maybe even do it by yourself.
 
Its a free template. Poorly edited and used thousands of times before.

Not only that, but it seems that your servers each have 15TB of bandwidth, considering you are putting 150 100GB bandwidth accounts on one server.

Small tip - Don't give up you day job - But do give up hosting, its not for you.
 
Oh Richard hit it on the nail there! I'd say drop the service and leave, because seriously the site put me right off, and the plans are just abismal...

Guess it's possible to offer this without overselling (if you have a 100Mbps or better connection), but I wonder how much you'll make at these rates after paying expenses....
 
He gets his servers/hosting from Colostore.com

There bandwidth starts at 1TB
$49.95 - 1000Gig Transfer
$249.95 - Unmetered 10 Meg Port
$2,999 - Unmetered 100 Meg Port (I emailed then ;))

He is selling 15TB of bandwidth (~50mbps) for a total of $442.50.

Not overselling? I think he should change his signature.
