Could anyone suggest the information on how can I become a registrar of a country level domain name ?

You would have to contact whoever is in charge of the domain system for your country domain.

what country do you want to register .us or another.
.us is realll hard they make you do alot of paper work and theres alot of requirements

I 've seen hidden demands from people in countries apart from us to register their country extensions since most TLD are already reserved by us people. While those country domains are monopoly, expensive and require many paperwork. so I would like to offer people more comfortable and cheaper alternatives .

1) a lot of cash.

2) a good merchant account

3) a dedicated server

4) fast tech support.

those are the main things oh and a clean criminal record.
