Whenever I try so sign up, it says something like "Incorrect verification code..." I dont see anything wrong

Approximately 1% of our new users report this syntax error, it seems to be linked to the new users password being encrypted upon signing up. If you change your password to something completely different you will find you will be able to sign up with ease. We are working to solve this issue. Thanks for your patience.

You need to enter the correct verification code upon signing up, this is a required security feature.

The hosting looks great and has great features... Already created the account, it was a cookies issue...

Shyper, I'm getting this error while trying to activate the account.

"Sorry, We cannot activate your account. The information provided does not match our records."

Not sure if you can guide me through.

If you change your password to something completely different you will find you will be able to sign up with ease. We are working to solve this issue. Thanks for your patience.

I assure everyone all downtimes are announced and all problems are usually taken care of within the hour.

As of September 5th we are running 5 servers so the chance of you being on the problematic server to begin with are 1 in 5.

Post your Shyper website address. Its possible you are having separate issues with your website.

i signed up perfectly fine, very proffesionaly made website i must say, then i proceeded to get a cpanel accnt, i got one too, and the details were someting like this:
username: username (this part i have no idea how they turned it out this way)
password: you my.shyper password.....(this part i understand)

later on, i proceeded to check out the demo, the demo admin are ss was very convincing, so i tried to goto the actual website, heres what i saw: '404 Page Could not be Found', i then tried to view my own page, mmkmaster.shyper.com , not viewable, yet again, you would think i would give up by now, but no, i m very persistant, so i try to chek out the ftp, which like the other stuff, DOES NOT WORK, so far my conclusion from these experiences leads me to believe that this service is in some VERY DEFINATE need of re-construction, or HEAVY FIXING!, also i tried to view my account information, and heres what i saw: 'Temporarily Unavailable'. I suggest you beta test your services before you advertise it to the mass public, because so far, I have not been able to access a single thing you advertised here or on your website.

BS dont sign up man.. this is THE MOST BS site i have ever seen. You signed up the 1st day, your account got deleted the next day.
I signed up the 1st day and i was about to upload my website the next day.... MY ACOUNT IS GONE....
WTF?

Post your url and I will tell you exactly why you were deleted. We never delete websites unless you are violating our TOS.
