Software that pages you when a customer sends email/support ticket

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a software that'll page you on a cell phone when a customer submits a support ticket or sends an email. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you could use flurrymail once you get a email they send you a text message. plus you download the application to your phone and you can view the email. all you need to pay is the cost for off your gprs or 3g services which is next to nothing.

Well I installed flurry on my phone (I had to signup for the webservice). But when I click on Check Email it says Network access needs to be enabled. Please exit flurry and check the flurry security settings? Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

you need to make sure you have gprs or 3g enabled on your phone for it to work and make sure that program has the access right to use it

you need to sign up for a data plan with your cellular service provider.

The easiest thing...

Most ticket systems will email the admin when a ticket is placed...just make it email you at example: 6625555555@cingularwireless.com or 46487648@nextel.com

Whatever your phone's address is. Most all companies have SMS available phones. We just forward all support@ request to the Blackberry of the on-call.

Alright I'll send myself a test email. I signed up 400 any text or picture messages a month so it wont cost me per msg. I'll send myself a test email from my phone.
