It's just a figure of speech.

Otherwise he means: List me all the hosts that offer x.

Hi

I've been with FluidHosting since February. I haven't used their Windows hosting, but I wouldn't expect that to be any different (in terms of service, support, etc.) then their Unix packages. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they're always around to help you out. All of their servers are high-end SCSI systems located at InterNAP providing you with some of the best bandwidth possible. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

Just for the record, I haven't had any downtime since being on a server of theirs at InterNAP.
