Superfish Menu Problem

I'm having a bit of a problem with a superfish menu added to a standard HTML website. Basically it has a gap at the end of the menu on the Windows version of Google Chrome and Firefox, yet looks fine in Internet Explorer. It was developed on a Mac and looks perfect, but most of my visitors use Windows so I can't just ignore it.

Also if I add extra items to the menu so that it looks perfect on Chrome and Firefox, it breaks the menu in IE.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to fix it? TIA

May be chrome solve your problem because of new extra features.
