I talked to Jamie today and she said everything is fine. I have VPS with them and so far the uptime is 100% (http://www.status.moviegalaxy.org). For the last 2 weeks their support has been very slow, but other than that, they are good. Jamie was online today on MSN for over an hour, and she explained some stuff. There's a thread at WHT, try to find it in the VPS Forum.
