Weird that my ATI 5870 can't beat your rating (Mine has a rating of 6.0 and has a total of 30xx video memory.) Can I increase the shared memory somehow?
Re-did the assessment actually, now I have 7.2, wonder why it was at 6.0.

Oh and incidentally, the cores have been lowered to 4 instead of 8 for some reason, not sure what I did to muck that up though.
Catalyst Manager seems to have removed the UMA Buffer setting that they used to have, so I can't increase shared memory. Yes, it is a Mobility GPU.
Maybe you ran the test before installing the manufacturers driver, while using windows generic one. My one had a score of 1 before the driver.....

No, Ubuntu says 8 cores, so I'm pretty sure Windows should say the same.
