Tripod adding more ads??

Tripod seems to be adding a big top banner in addition to the popup. Anyone has a similar experience?
 
I was working on my site and something strange happened. Sometimes only popup, sometimes only top banner, and sometimes both. I think they're doing something.

I maybe wrong ... but it sounds like they are rotating the ads type. or maybe having problems making 2 work at same time :p
 
like virtualave and hypermart

its like why have a embeded ad if your going to have a popup anyway lol

but one thing that sucks if you dont have the embeded one in then you get 2 POPUPS :angry2: :angry2: :angry2: :angry2:

My bet is that they are having trouble getting the two to work together at the same time.
 
I am having trouble loading my tripod page at present, I think they have some problems :(

But I will edit this when I get it to load properly to see what is showing.
 
Woohoooooo try it now Moto....loaded very fast!

And I only saw the regular popup! No extras.
Tried in IE also, no extra banners. So I am not sure where the others are getting theirs from? :confused:
 
Hi Jan, my site is loading faster but i cant tell is its anything to do with my net connection which is up an down

No new pop ups on my tripod.com site :) where are the others websites hosted com, co.uk, de......... ?

it isn't anything to do with your net connection. Yesterday I experienced that same problem with tripod.
