What can you give me with a $30 month budget.
-The server must include cpanel.

$30 wouldn't get you shoutcast server AND cPanel.
plus, if you're running a few sites off it, you best go for a Dedicated.

Our VPSs do not have burstable RAM. This prevents degraded system performance for other users on the node. My previous offer for the 512MB of RAM VPS is still available, however here is another option with 384MB of RAM instead.
