I want to move from my current vps

it offers around:

10 GB Diskspace

2 Dedicated IP's

what to consider before you give me an offer. you must have had atleast 3 months of uptime or atleast garantee it with money back if you dont live upto it.

Because the one i am on now is only making me lose money on a weekly bases.
