You know nothing about US copyright you upgrade it each year when you refile that is an old archive from 2002 that is where you come up with that date genious. A page that I have not seen in a long time. You know so much about the internet you should know that you will probaly will not find an archive of our site from 1998. If you do I'd love to see it to.
