Server Suspension, Necessary Actions and Future Plans
News in brief:

Water Seven is going to experience a billing problem this coming November 23, 2008.
The implications will be:

1. Our server will be suspended most probably 10 days after the billing problem occur.
2. We are expecting to have an off-the-air service (downtime) for at least two weeks, and may last for two months under the worst case scenario.
What should everyone do:

1. Take up your backups and decide whether you will want to transfer to other servers or you will wait until Water Seven comes on-the-air again. Please decide promptly since we only have around two weeks more before we get suspended.

Water Seven in the future:

1. Organization change from "Community" to "Private Company Limited." The target date is July 07, 2009. Water Seven will become a registered company (with limited liabilities) here in Japan.
2. Server facilities change from "rental servers" to "home server." We will build our own "data center" (home server) in one of the rooms inside my new house. We will stop renting servers from other companies. There will be no more billing problems to come in the future after this change. The target completion is December 07, 2009.
